Please note: by completing and submitting the form below you are requesting to bring a group to Loyola University Chicago. This is only a request. If your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email within 3 business days. If we cannot accommodate your request, a representative will contact you within 3 business days.

Please do not make any travel or other arrangements until your visit has been confirmed by our staff.

Visit requests require three weeks advance notice. Due to our counselor and tour schedules we cannot accept visit requests with less than three weeks notice.

Meal Tickets

Groups may purchase meal tickets for a tax-free rate of $8.25 per person to dine in a cafeteria at Loyola before or after their visit (please allow one hour for meal).

We can only accept checks or money orders for meal tickets. Payment is required when your group checks in for your visit. Meal ticket requests must be made in advance so we can give notice to our campus dining department. Are you interested in purchasing meal tickets?*
