Arrupe College Application 2022

    We are excited that you are applying to Arrupe College of Loyola University Chicago!

    Arrupe’s Application Process

    1. Complete and submit this application.
    2. Request official transcripts from all high schools/colleges previously attended to be sent electronically to Loyola University Chicago (not Arrupe College).
    3. Request a letter of recommendation from a teacher or counselor. You may send an e-mail request from your student portal after submitting your application or ask your recommender to email the letter to arrupeadmission@luc.edu.
    4. Submit a 500-word essay on the following topic: Describe a challenging situation that you have been through. How did you handle that situation? What have you learned from that experience? You will be able to upload a pdf or word document of your essay after you submit your application.
    5. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Please use Loyola University Chicago's school code (001710) when submitting the FAFSA. If you are an undocumented student or a DACA-eligible student, you are not required to file the FAFSA. However, you may be eligible for the Alternative Application for Illinois Financial Aid (or RISE Act) application or other scholarships to ensure Arrupe is affordable.
    6. Upon admission, you must submit a $50 enrollment deposit by May 1, 2022 to reserve your spot in the class.
