Loyola University Chicago Shadow Visit

Gabbi is a Sophomore, Biology major on the Pre-Pharmacy track from University Park, Illinois.

Bio: "Hi, my name is Gabbi. I’m a second year in the College of Arts and Sciences majoring in biology on the pre pharmacy track. I grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago and graduated from Crete Monee High School in 2023. My freshman year here at Loyola, I was a first-year senator within the SGLC (student government of Loyola Chicago), a first year and multicultural ambassador with the admissions office, and the freshman at large for the BCC (black cultural center). I also was a part of the honors program. Currently I am still a multicultural ambassador alongside being a shadow host, and I am now the publicity chair on the BCC’s e-board. Some fun facts about me I’m Ghanaian-American and bilingual. I enjoy going out with my friends, music/concerts, content creating, nature, and more! My favorite thing about Loyola is the campus and the environment being in the middle of the city; there’s so much to do! I know how stressful the college process is, so I am here to guide you! I can’t wait to meet you, let you know all the good spots here in the city, and help you get prepared for your future."

Schedule for your Shadow Visit with Gabbi:

8:45AM -- Check in at the front desk in Undergraduate Admissions (Sullivan Center Room 150)
9AM -- Breakfast with Gabbi in one of the dining halls
10AM -- UCLR 100E: Interpreting Literature 
11:30AM -- CHEM 180: Chemical Reactivity I
12:45PM -- Return to the Undergraduate Admission Office
