Loyola University Chicago Shadow Visit - Lauren

Lauren is a Junior, Nursing major from Chicago, IL.

Bio: "Hi everyone!! My name is Lauren. I am a Junior majoring in Nursing, and I am from the south side of Chicago. At Loyola I am currently apart of the Soup kitchen, Care (Nursing Program), and I am currently a Mentor for Freshmen in nursing. Some things I enjoy doing are working out, roller skating, traveling, doing lashes, and Pilates!  One of my favorite things to do around campus is chill at Ireland’s Pub to watch the games and play pool. I also enjoy taking the shuttle downtown to shop and eat, because who doesn’t love shopping and trying new restaurants! I appreciate all the different opportunities Loyola has to offer and the variety of programs and organizations on campus that cater to everyone’s interests! I’m excited to meet you all and I am open to anything specific you want to do on your shadow day!"

Schedule for your Shadow Visit with Lauren:

9:00AM – Check in at the Undergraduate Admission Office

9:20AM – Attend MCN 374: Pediatrics

10:25AM– Attend MCN 273: Maternal/Obstetrics

11:15AM – Lunch in one of the dining halls with Lauren

12:20PM – Return to the Undergraduate Admission Office
