Open House check in will begin at 8:30 a.m. with sessions starting at 9:00 a.m. The event will wrap up by 1:00 p.m. We will provide the complete schedule and a campus map via email prior to Open House. Since we have many events taking place throughout the day, we encourage you to review the agenda in advance, and to tailor your schedule to best fit your interests.
Schedule of Events
8:30 a.m.: Check-in Begins
The Den, Damen Student Center South Entrance
Parking is available via the main campus entrance located at the corner of W. Sheridan Rd. and Kenmore Ave. We will have students to direct you from the parking structures to check-in.
9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Lake Shore Campus Tours
North Entrance of the Quinlan Life Sciences Building
Lake Shore Campus tours will leave continuously throughout the day.
9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Residence Hall Tours
Individual Freshman Residence Halls Lobbies
Residence hall tours are offered continuously throughout the day. Freshman residence halls include Campion, Mertz, de Nobili, San Francisco, and Simpson Hall.
9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.: Presentations
Specific presentation locations and times will be listed on the full agenda which will be emailed to you prior to Open House.

Institute of Environmental Sustainability Lobby
IES representatives will be available to share insight into the University's sustainability initiatives and academic programs within the Institute during the tour.
10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Engineering Science Laboratory Tours
Centennial Forum Student Union Lobby
Engineering Science representatives will be available to show you lab spaces and answer questions about the Engineering Science curriculum.
12:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Interactive Engineering Science Experience
Are you considering a major in Engineering Science at Loyola next year? Get a feel for the program by joining us for an interactive Engineering Science experience following Open House.

12:45 p.m.: Introduction to Engineering Science program with Dr. Gail Baura
1:00 p.m.: Engineering Science Small Group Design Activity
2:30 p.m.: Design Testing and Wrap-Up

Driving & Parking Instructions
If you are driving to campus, complimentary parking will be provided in our Main Parking Structure and Fordham Parking Garage. The Main Parking Structure is accessible by entering through Kenmore Ave located at the corner of West Sheridan Road. The Fordham Parking Garage is located at 6455 N Sheridan Rd Chicago, IL 60660. For driving directions, use 1032 W Sheridan Rd Chicago, IL 60660.
Public Transit Instructions
If you are taking the CTA (Chicago's public transit system), CTA Bus #147, #151, and #36 all run north from downtown to the Lake Shore Campus, and the CTA Red Line train also runs to the Lake Shore Campus (the Loyola train station is directly adjacent to our campus along Sheridan Road).
