High School or CBO Group Visit Calendar
Group visits are available for high school or community college groups and other organizations focused on college access for high school-age or college-age students. Your visit consists of a 30-minute information session led by an admission counselor followed by a 60-minute campus tour with a current Loyola student. Please use the calendar below to schedule your group visit. Due to high demand and limited university resources, we cannot host elementary or middle school groups. Thank you for helping us keep our focus on students nearing their college search.
The Fall 2026 calendar will open on July 10.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many students can I bring to a group visit?
Group visits are designed for ten (10) to seventy-five (75) students. We require one (1) chaperone for every fifteen (15) students.
Can my group purchase and eat lunch on campus?
You are welcome to eat inside one of our on-campus dining halls if they are open the day of your visit. Please note that our dining halls are closed during the summer and some Loyola breaks. The cost is $12 per person, and we request that you make a check payable to Loyola University Chicago. You can bring the check with you to our main desk in our Undergraduate Admissions Office on the day of your visit to receive meal tickets. Please email our visit coordinators after you schedule your visit for more information on dining on campus.
What does eating at one of your dining halls look like?
A $12 per person fee allows entry to one of our all-you-can-eat dining halls. Once meal vouchers are turned in or payment is made at the door to the cashier, the students are welcome to pick out and eat whatever they would like. There are multiple food stations within each dining hall, providing options to choose from.
Will the campus tour show any residence halls?
The 1-hour campus tour will point out some of our many residence halls around campus and share information regarding resident life at Loyola. However, we are not able to show a residence hall room on group tours at this time. Virtual tours of each residence hall can be found at the link below.

Can we meet with specific departments or centers during our visit?
Due to the many colleges, departments, and resource centers at Loyola we are unable to arrange meetings with any specific interest during your visit. You are welcome to contact them directly with the details of your visit and see if their schedule can accommodate a meeting with your group before or after your scheduled visit at the Undergraduate Admissions Office.
Who should I contact if I have to reschedule/change contact information/update students attending/etc.?
Please direct any and all questions or updates to our visit coordinators at visitloyola@luc.edu or call us at 773-508-3075.
Where should our bus(es) drop off and pick up students?
Buses should enter the campus drive at the intersection of N. Kenmore Ave. and W. Sheridan Rd., and immediately pull over to the curb to unload students. The address of the physical intersection of Kenmore and Sheridan is 1032 W. Sheridan Rd. This is also where students should be picked up at the conclusion of the visit.
Where should our bus(es) park for the duration of the visit?
After dropping students off, the bus should proceed approximately two miles west on West Devon Ave. to N. Seeley Ave., then turn left. There is a large parking lot where the bus(es) can park.
